i need to know where to get information on anything i would need to start licenses , insurance, certificates.. i am in north carolina thankyou so much

Call the local BBB and ask for the state number on Day cares. There should be a packet that they will also send u if u ask on the things u need which will include some rules and regulations. Once u call the state, it should be 1 a year where they go over everything form Non-Profit to Profit Daycare, Adult Center, etc. It is a little process so good luck.
