She is a designer breed, half labrador and half border collie. She has NO interest in toys. You can throw them, roll them, make them smell like her favorite treat, she WON'T play with them. The only thing she chases is squirrels and our other dog =[ Why won't she play with us??

She's only 3-4 months old and is VERY active. She's healthy cause we just took her to the vet a few weeks ago for some more shots.

Some dogs just aren't attracted to toys, or they're very picky about the toys they like. Try taking her to a pet store with lots of dog toys to try them out and find one that she likes.

Never heard of a dog that doesn't like to play! Even my border collie/Samoyed liked to play, but border collies like to herd or corral things maybe that's why she's chasing squirrels.

some dogs really just don't like to play with toys!
my dog will play with stuffed squeaky toys, but not balls.
try those small squeaky toys (the ones that look like animals, usually).
squeak it a few times to get her attention, then throw it.
you might have better luck just throwing it down a long hall to begin with; some dogs simply don't like to play catch outside.
:]

He is older now, and has grown out of gambling w/ toys. A lot of puppies do that. I have two puppies, and my male puppy, Rudy loves his toys and performs at all times. My feminine Ladybug, hates ALL toys adding bones, and has been this fashion due to the fact she used to be a Pup! All puppies have their possess personalities identical to folks, and a few play and a few do not and a few develop out of the gambling "level"! Sorry your puppy may not play, however I guess he nonetheless thinks your the fine factor on the planet and he loves you!

If she likes treats try one of the Kong toys. My 8 month old lab loves those.

Try a frisbee, labs and collies love to play with them. Otherwise, I would have her checked out just to be sure.
