So my guy friend i really like...asked me to prom.....i'm so excited!! But i can't decide if he likes me or not. Everyone says of course he likes me ...he asked me to prom! But He says he asked me to prom cause he knows we would have so much fun! Which we Will!! He gives me so many hints that he likes me, but at the same time gives me hints that we are just friends. I don't know what to do...what do you think i should do?

Wow, that's tough. Here's what you can do~ here are some signs the totally adores you:
1.) You can call him at like 4 in the morning and he's there to listen to any of your silly problems that you can't go to sleep
2.) He's always doing odd jobs for you parents or something even if its really time-consuming and doesn't complain at all! Then of course he's into you!
3.) If he tries on your friends good sides, thats totally another sign. That can push your friends to encourage you to go out with him. He's probably getting to your friends to get to YOU!
4.) He can tell you anything, and show his sensible side. That means he isn't afraid to open up to you and wants you to see that he can be emotional and worth falling in love with.
5.) He gets a little tense when you are around guys, or talking about them. Or if you just had a bad experience with one, he'll look all ready to kick his butt. And he'll always say, "You deserve better." Obviously, he's saying that he's the one you deserve!
So...does he check off all these signs? He luvs ya!! And maybe you'll get a relationship after the prom...who knows?
But watch out! Here are the signs that he just wants to be friends.
1.) He burps or acts the way he would act around his guy friends around you.
2.) He doesn't care to just come out and tell you your outfit's ugly or whatever
3.) He is always talking about your friend, which can probably mean that he wants your friend, not you!!
I wouldn't think number 3 applies to you, since he already asked you out.
My advice- have fun at the prom no matter whether or not he admits he likes you or not. Just chill and go find that perfect dress and get ready for the party of your life...prom doesn't happen again!
BTW- when he says why he has asked you out, maybe he's just denying how much he loves you!! just look at it that way...I hope my post helps!!

If you like him after prom, after you both had a really nice time, I would sit im down and talk about it. Just say... I had a nice time, and wait for his reaction, Eye contact is important. And then simply ask... " Have you ever thought about us being more than friends?" or if thats too strong then simply tell him that you like the person he is, and that you are drawn to him. His smile would be incredibly obvious and it sounds to me like he likes you but isnt sure about YOUR feelings. Make sure you avoid the back and forth game and put it out there. The worst that can happen is he says to remain friends. And u guys already are, so there is nothing to lose!!

Sit him down...and if you feel up to it...ask him hey...are we just friends..or sometime down the line would you like to try being more than friends...because I really like you and enjoy you.
Assuming he'll be honest..you'll find out if he really really likes you and hopes to try a relationship with you one day..or if he's really not into like that...then you can decide if you can stand having him as your friend. Believe me, sometimes ppl just cant stand not being able to have the person, so they ultimately decide the just cant be friends... this has happened to me many many times over. Hard truths yes, but its life.

I take it that you are around 17 or 18. You are very young. Go to the prom but don't do anything stupid. Take him as a friend and enjoy the evening.

You should go to prom. Have the time of your life that night, and see what he does. If he respects you and your friends, then ask him out instead of waiting for him to.

he probably does like you he's just being mysterious about it but you should know for sure, my advice is go to the prom hive fun and find out for sure.

Maybe he does really really like you, but he's afraid to ruin your friendship by saying that immediately. Do you like him back? If you like him a lot, you should directly ask whether or not he likes you. He might just be waiting for you to show that you like him too.

I think you should just go with him and see what happens. maybe he just might surprise you. If you are feeling brave enough and can take risking your friendship tell him how you feel. You never really know until you try.
