How old is she? Older pets have trouble digesting. They also develop stomach and intestinal cancers.
Is this a sudden change? Get to a vet.
Is she on hairball remedy? Hairballs can block intestines and cause vomiting.

You scared the heck out of me there for a second! And likely anyone else named Cat. I thought you were talking to ME.
Anyway ... I've gone through the same thing with my cats and it's almost always they type of catfood but every once in awhile they end up with fleas. Fleas carry the nasty little round worm that can make cats very sick. Make sure your cat is flea-less first. If she does have fleas, check her (I can't use the word here but it's the orifice on her body on the opposite end of her head). If there are any little white larvae kicking around there, take her to the vet. Otherwise make sure you pick up a high-end catfood (not Friskies or Cat chow). Talk to the folks at a pet food store. Sometimes they give out samples. It might take awhile before you find the right one.

We can't diagnose your cat over the internet. There are many things that could cause a cat to throw up, so it is important to get her to a vet as soon as possible. When cats don't eat, they are prone to a condition called fatty liver disease, so it's important that you try to get some food in her that she will keep down, whatever she likes best, even some gravy until you can take her to the vet. Hope she feels better soon.

One of my cats sometimes regurgitates (it comes back up out of the esophagus before it is digested). She stresses easily, if she has not had food available for a few hours or if she feels competition with the other cats she will eat too fast. The solution for us is to keep dry food out all the time, with dishes in separate rooms so she can eat by herself if she wants, and for the occasional wet food treat we use one dish per cat, and separate them so she doesn't feel she has to gobble her share. She still will regurgitate once in a great while if visitors or something outside makes her nervous, but is otherwise healthy and active. Could this be the problem for your cat?

The simple and direct answer is that a cat cannot live if it goes for 3 days without food even if it is drinking water. Don't delay taking her to the vet.

If she can't keep any food down, this is bad, and she needs to go to a vet.
Cats nearly always seem fine in themselves, it's a survival strategy not to display weakness. By the time they're showing their illness, it's very bad. Please get her to a vet before she reaches this point! Could be an obstruction, gastro-intestinal problems, liver/kidney trouble.... only a vet can find out.

have you been watching the news?
take your cat to the vet like NOW! you can't assume that it's just the flu or something. kitties and dogs are actually dying because of the poisoning. don't take a chance.
hope your cat gets well

Take her to the vet ASAP. There could be something seriously wrong with her.
