dampish .. not wet cos it wont work properly .. damp and maybe a bit of mousse .. use ur tongs .. lick of hair spray et voila ! WELL .. that depends what your hair type is lik e... mine is dead straight so if it is really wet when i curl it i take the curlers out and .. nothing .. so it depends.. but i would suggest doing it the way i described

Hot rollers with dry hair, curlers with damp hair. Keep in mind with wet hair they'll have to dry for hours. The best thing to do is use a curling iron and some product that you put in before to make the curls hold. I'm sure you can find one in any drugstore. Finish by misting with hairspray (not a lot, just enough to let the 'do hold).

Curlers work best on wet hair. Roll is up and dry with a blow dryer. If you're talking about the old fashioned kind. If you mean hot roller type curlers they work best on dry hair. Good Luck.

If you are using curly iron is better to do it dry. But if your drying your hair with curl the do it wet.

If you are using rollers, you have to do it wet, if you use a curling iron, use it on dry hair.

wash and condition your hair first...then either allow to dry naturally or you can blow dry...

divide hair into sections and before rolling each section apply a little hair spray or mousse...(mousse works better for me for this part)...

once you have done your whole head, spray your hair again with hair spray and allow to set for maybe 10-15 minutes (the longer the better)...

take out the rollers but do not use a comb or a brush, just your fingers...once they are all out use your fingers to style how you want your hair to be and then spray again with a little hair spray...

ps...i like hair sprays with a natural hold...the curls dont look stiff...

I think curlers work better with dry hair

I am not sure but I think that if you curl them with an electric thingy its better dried and if you do it with curlers its better wet.

*Hope that your hair works with you today*

ok, first you need to wash your hair firstthen you need to dry it with a hair dryer and then curl it. I never curl my hair but i know this from watching my mom. Try my idea.
