Some people think it's a place, some people think it's a state of being, some people think it's merely nonexistence.
If "Hell" is nonexistence then we ALL go to Hell after we die. We all cease to be.

Well I believe there is a hell. U may ask me why, but if u dont believe in a hell, than why would u believe in the bible and in God? cuz theres where I found out hell does exsist. And its not a state of mind. And people may say hell is here on Earth, which of course, is somewhat true, lol but the people of this earth make it a hell! If I didnt believe that there was a real hell, I would say the "Middle east" is hell, but for now, I will keep it as the armpit of satan.lol
But, people can believe what they want, I guess we will all see when we die! and personally, I aint tryin to take that risk!

The concept of Hell that most people are familiar with is the burning, torturous, place were souls burn for all eternity as punishment for their sins on Earth.
Sounds like quite a loving God, eh? You live on Earth for perhaps a 100 years if you're lucky, then if you did'nt repent during this time, you burn forever. Now does that really seem fair? I would'nt do this to my worst enemy, and I'm only human.
The concept of Hell was invented by religious leaders from misinterpretations of the Bible, in order to scare people into their religions. Since in the old days, it was forbidden to even read the Bible, you had to rely on the interpretations of religious leaders to tell you what the Bible says. This of course, has led to corruption gone rampant.
The word "Hell" comes from and old Germanic word, "Hoelle" which literally means "the common grave of mankind." Many scriptures point to death as a deep sleep were you wait for the resurrection. When Lazarus, who was a good friend of Jesus, died and was resurrected, he never gave any accounts of an afterlife. He was basically in a deep sleep state of death. No memories.
So what about the Lake of Fire? In Revelations, God promises to throw both "death" and "Hades" into the Lake of Fire. What does that mean? God plans to destroy death and the grave. In other words, no more dying for those that are resurrected. For those that are not resurrected, they will cease to exist forever.

I woke up terrified when i was six? i was trembling with fear? then i felt a presence in the bedroom.I was six years old, I did NOT want to look over,I did, there were 3 small demons flying around my brothers bed, one of them looked at me, I screamed, but no sound came out , i will never forget those evil eyes.there was a greenish light in the room.
I put my head down till the light went away and i felt they had left.it wasn't a dream.
when my grandmother died she suddenly smiled as she lay there in her bed at the nursing home she had cancer.
her eyes got bright, she raised her arms and hands up and cried out Jesus and passed on.
I told a lady who works at a nursing home and she said that's not uncommon to hear of people saying and doing that when they died, she said that old mean people would scream out in fear sometimes when they died, sometimes
I have seen supernatural life saving miracles, so i know somethings is going on, and so yes i think i do believe that theres a hell for some people, who don't love God,But we want know till we die,I dont worry ,are fear, i have total faith in God, even though i have suffered more then anyone i have ever heard off,but . i know that there two powers on this world, the devils, what is called in the bible the prince of the power of the air and the holy spirit it of Gods power. i go with the spirit .I ask of it, listen for the answers and try, i said try, to do Gods will, since Jesus said .the only people who will go to heaven will be those who do his fathers will. so i must ask what is Gods will for me, and then listen ,then do what i am told.I think only evil people will go to hell. personally.not just those who dont believe whats in some books teachings.and all people can go to heaven, not just one religions people. If they have the spirit of God in them, guiding them, and they have love and faith.the spirit will lead them home one day, if your not connected to that spirit then it cant help you now, are take you to heaven.when you die.The spirit is the main way to heaven, it is a narrow way,you must believe and have love and faith in God,I believe.i wish you the best on your spiritual journey

Yes. My guess is that Hell is eternity without God for those who have rejected Him. Which also include living on and on without anything good the He made or anything made out of his materials he created, No friends, no family, no breath of spring, no smell of the mountains, no animals, just your own self, no TV, no internet, no video games....just loneliness and forever.

yes I do.Quran says so.If there were no hell, then what would happen to sinners? would they go to heaven along with nice people? I highly doubt it.However, I belive that many people will go to heaven after they're punished in hell except some really bad ones like Hitler.
