i've had a fever since yesterday. i took medicine a couple times yesterday because it kept going away and coming back. Today i had a fever and i took medicine and it went away. i just checked my temperature and it is 99.6, which i think is too high. So my question is, what do i have? a flu, cold. or what??!! and what can i do to get rid of it?

i also have a cough, stuffy nose and sneezing.

I hate to say it but you probably do have the flu, Try some Thera Flu the Apples and Cinnamon flavor, It will help with all of the symptoms and by tomorrow you should be feeling much better. If not use another dose, as directed. Hope you are better soon.

well you have flu. Drink lots of water to get yourself hydrated. Eat less. Try to drink more fresh fruit juices for a couple of days and rest more.

what way are you taking the temperature? You may not be as hot as you think...or you may be hotter.
As far as thermometers in the ear or under tongue are spot on...rectal is usually reads a degree high.. and under your arm usually reads a degree low.
you should ask your doctor
