Whats up with him, never seen him fight since July

Roy was scheduled to fight Manny Siaca last December, 2006. The fight failed to materialize, probably due to financial complications. Roy was supposed to use that as a tune-up for a title fight. Currently, there is nothing in the works for Roy. I doubt he will retire just yet, though. Boxing has pampered him too much to allow him to retire. He will continue until he figures out that he's not the Roy of old, but an old Roy.

Blogbaba's guess would be retirement, Roy isn't the draw he once was and money shouldn't be an issue with him. I don't think we will see him in the ring again, but that really is something only Roy can answer. The choice is his to make.

I'l tell you what's up with him! He thinks he's god's gift to boxing, Now don't get me wrong he was a excepional boxer and still is good, But every time he has a chance of a good fight he looks for to much money, He has priced himself out of fights with rematches with Bernard Hopkins and Clinton Woods in the last few months, Who knows how many more he has passed up because of money,
