That's absurd. You shouldn't do something like that.
Follow your gut. This can be a RAPIST for all you know.
He can be a stalker. And like you said, he can find out where you live and THEN what? You don't want to end up on the news now, do you?
Don't take a risk like that.
Don't let the reason of giving him your number and pretty much the rest of your information be just because he is "CUTE."

Absolutely not, how do even really know that he is cute? Lives where he says he lives? He could be a pervert and actually live in your town.
If you are under the age of eighteen you need to be discussing this whole thing with your parents, this could be extremely dangerous. Do you even think about your own safety?
I am sure that there are really cute and nice real guys who are your age within a few miles of your home, and you do not need to be searching them out online.
Be very careful, no actual personal information should be on the computer.
That means no telephone numbers, no addresses, no names of towns, schools, workplaces....nothing. I am a Mom of grown children and they were not allowed to make Internet friendships, way too dangerous.

give him a payphone number to call at a certain time,
get a cheap cell phone prepay that only last awhile like
tmobile sim cards with like 130 minutes for around 12 dollars
on ebay and a cheap cell phone for tmobile. for 20 or less
can always use phone later even if sim card runs out.
most come with a phone number already from not where you live.

Are you out of your mind,cute guy,he could put anybodies picture on there to show you,You give him him your number you can't take it back,and I garuntee you if he wants to he can find out where you live from your number.You want to meet him do it in a very public place ,like a mall restaraunt,use your head not your heart,at first anyways.

No cause i found out that if you go to google and type a persons whole number you can find out EXACLY where they live...
