I want to start to go to church me and my husband have been married for 6 years and never been to church together (we got married in the court house) anyhow i want to ask him to come along i dont think he will, should i still go by myself or not?

ask him, and see what he says.... if he obliges, then go by yourself!

You should go for sure. It would be wrong to feel God was calling you to assemble with other believers and not go.
Your husband may or may not go with you. You should continue to go; by going and living your life for Jesus, he may see your faith and goodness and want to be apart of the Kingdom. Never nag him about going though, never shame him. You will win him by your love and enthusiasm for God.
Be diligent to attend but don't confuse going to church with being in tight with the Savior. Read your Bible where he can see you, pray for him to be called of God, be a good example of one who tries to please the Father. Just ask him to go to church with you from time to time and if he says no,
smile and say OK, bounce up and go get ready, kiss him going out the door and leave the rest to Him who searches our hearts.

If need be go by yourself, but also remind him every now and again to come with. Don't push him to do anything he doesn't want to either, or he will resent church and you.

It is good for you and your mate to go to church, however I noticed you said you don't think he would come. If he doesn't come you should still go, and bring the good news home. Be positive and steadfast in prayer, pray for the changing of his mind. I will be praying for you as well, like I said "It's good for you and your mate to go to church.

Just ask his opinion and if he is not into it start going without him. Church will impact you and maybe convince him to go to church with ya. Remember Jesus lead by example.

Casually just bring it up. Say yeah I was thinking about going to church and wanted to see if you were intersted in going with me. If if he says no, just say okay no problem. When you feel like going, go. Listen to your heart.
