I say just go ahead and kill someone, that should calm you down.

Well i never worked 19days straight, but to ease stress and tension usualley what works for me is to take a nice hot bubble bath with incense and candles it relieves the stress also try some soft music. Hope this help.

I've been there! Paying your dues is tough but ya just gotta do it.
Find a great novel (even one you read a long time ago) and dive in. I like the bath idea but try some herbal tea while you soak.
Also, exercise helps burn off some stress. Do the work out first then the book and bath thing.
Best of luck!

19 days straight is pretty much like 48 hours straight ,
The only "ease" for 48 hrs is sleep . . .
The only "ease" for 19 days is to STOP ,
The only legit reason for 19 days is some catastrophe like an earthquake , hurricane etc . . .
Which catastrophe are you in the middle of ?
Take some time off or go to prison for killing . . .
It's your choice . . .

whatever makes you feel comfortable! have a nice quiet night in, read a book with a glass of wine and some choccies. Personally i like to run a nice hot both with my favourite smellies in and get a piece of my favourite chocolate cake and put my favourite music on. Then when i get out i dry my hair and chill in front of the tv for a while and then go to bed for a nice long sleep. There are other things available, lavender is well known for its relaxing properties, you could put a drop of lavender oil on your pillow or use lavender bath foam/shower gel or now you can get these wheat bags that you put in the microwave and use like a hot water bottle (they smell like lavender too), but whatever you prefer :)

Bubble bath, Red Wine, and Vitamin B 12. Unplug your phone, put on some tunes, and ignore the world for 24 hours. Sleep.
Wake up and treat yourself to a massage. More wine. Repeat.

Time to take a break!!! You owe it to yourself (& anyone you feel like killing)
In the meantime... Get out & take a ride along the countryside (not the city) while listening to whatever music relaxes you. (I'm a poet, & I love listening to John Denver poetically sing of the beauty of our surroundings... as I'm seeing it for myself... and his background music is so uplifting!) ...It's hard to feel worry or stress as you feel the warmth of the sunshine on your shoulders or see a huge bed of bright wildflowers line the roadway, Or a colorfully, breathtaking sunset (or sunrise), sunrays flowing over a mountain, the stillness of the morning, or a walk in a warm rain. Really NOTICE these things and "breathe" them in. You'll be surprised how good you'll feel! Please take care of yourself.
