Hi! I had the same problem, but with 2 male cats. If it gets really bad you may have to separate them when your not at home. What I did was to buy an "animal training clicker" and when my cat annoyed the other, I would go near him, click it a few times to scare him away. Eventually the annoying behavior stopped, therefore so did the stress and peeing. Try it! GOOD LUCK-afterdark4321@yahoo.com

This is a territory problem. I have the same problem with one of my cats. What you can do is try to keep them separated and make sure you show lots of love and care to the stressed out cat. Eventually the aggressive one will calm down (this may take a while, be patient). What I actually do to keep mine separated involves a dog-sized kennel. I keep the "bad" cat in in at night (he doesn't mind... he thinks it's his own apartment).

We've had the same problem. This is called "territorial aggression", wherein the cats are fighting for their pecking order. Some cats eventually resolve their disputes, and some never do. In our case, we've had to find another home for one cat who simply never left another one alone. It was sad, but my house was being ruined by the one who peed everywhere.

Roll up a newspaper and swat the aggressor when he does it. Be consistent. It won't hurt him but the noise of the paper will scare him.
