First of all why would u want to date a boy that went out with your so called friend. If she is not a really good friend i guess its not a big deal that you dated the same boy.And that could also mean shes just trying to get back at you in some kind of sneaky way. But if you are a good close friend with her you should of never dated her ex that's just breaking the friend boundary. And that could also mean shes trying to protect you. If this dosent help follow your heart. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

You should have never dated your friends ex in the first place, but since you can't redo the past listen to this: There is some truth in every lie..so with that said your friend may not be 100 % telling the truth, but my bet is he isn't too good of a guy!

First of all I would not date a guy that my friend dated. It's not healthy and it can explode on you. That is why you are confused because it is not right for you. You will meet someone else and then you will have your own experience not an experience that your friend already had.

I wouldn't necessarily believe what she is saying, but she could be right. So be very aware of abuse in anyway. Obviously he is a new bf, so get to know him well as a friend before going into something serious.

I would like to find out from my personal experience. Be aware of the warning from her, and keep you eyes open for clues. Does he have a temper, is he rude to others or unkind to animals? Maybe she is lying, but just the same, be careful, and watch for signs. The first bad sign, get out fast..and don't look back..

first of all their is a code between friends... you can't date a person that your friend has already been involved with. also if your friend tells you that he beat her, then why would you want to risk it, when you could easily move along to the next. their will always be someone cuter, smarter, and with better teeth..... it's for you to find someone that's compatible to your personality traits.

your friend knows firsthand how josh really is, but theres a possibility that she still likes him and is just mad that youre dating him now. so i would date him for a while and see for yourself how he treats you. if hes a jackass, then dump him and tell your friend that she was right.
