I need cheap and easy methods of doing this, such as creams or other methods and permanent is GOOD!

You could try waxing it. It would make it grow in slower, so you wouldn't have to do it as often. I wouldnt recommend electrolysis because someday you may wish to have it grow in again. Also you could try depilitory creams such as Nair.

They use electrolysis to permanently remove arm/leg/etc hair, that's probably your best option. Just make sure to seriously consider it since it is permanent. Shop around... lots of different places do electrolysis but I'm not sure if they do head hair often, do some research. Hope this helps.

I don't think that possible??!! anyway, I know they use some sorta laser treatments on other parts of the body to keep hair from growing there, but I think it might be a bit expensive and it might also not apply to that area but only others.
