Uhm . . . what do you mean brought illegally - marry them for papers?; smuggled them in? what? If you did something illegal the police are a part of it - any crime can be investigated. It is possible that the statute of limitations on your crime have run and you can't be charged b/c so much time has gone by. You might want to call a criminal attorney on this. And just what do you mean they want to illegally report you. It isn't a crime to report a crime. Good luck.

You could go to jail for smuggling and then (if you are not a citizen here ) be deported. The other person can be deported, and may be charged with conspiracy (in Arizona).

What actually will happen may vary.

You or whoever did it is pathetic. I hope you get convicted and get what you deserve. It's bad enough the illegals are walking in here over the borders but the likes of you goes and helps them in to leach off those of us who are footing the bill for their crimes, illnesses, poverty, etc. Turn in your citizenship papers and move to where ever you imported your yard labor from. You don't deserve it.
