Trying to find out what best food source of B-12 would be.

Spinach, Liver, Super Malt drink, Guinness, Fortified breakfast cereals, Trout, Salmon, Haddock, Tuna, Eggs

If you have a b12 deficiency like anaemia, perhaps getting an iron supplement from your doctors or Holland & Barratts would be a suggestion..

The best natural sources of B12 are meat,dairy and eggs. It is also added to most cereals to fortify them.
