I have heard that it is impossible for a man to pee in a woman's vagina. Maybe if for some reason after it becomes soft after ejaculation and you do not take it out right away there is a good possibility it could happen.

it is impossible to insert a soft penis into a vagina, and also impossible too pee with a erection. so it is not gonna happen

Urine is sterile, so its not going to hurt your wife, but I don't think it would be pleasant. Don't try it though, she might get a yeast infection.
