i am 5"3 and i weigh between 103 and 107 pounds. first off, is this too much, and second, why does my weight keep changing?

it is perfectly normal for the body weight to fluctuate daily. the foods that we consume and the amount of fluids that we drink effect this. if your body fat is in average range then your weight for your height is definetly in the health range.

don't be a slave to the scale, it will ruin your life.

First of all you are perfect the way you are. The reason your weight changes is because throughout the day you eat, are moving around alot, etc. Have you ever noticed that when you get up in the morning you fell skinnier than you are when you go to bed. I read an article that said the best time of day to weigh yourself is at 9:00 in the morning. You have just woken up, you more than likely don't have any food in your system, and you have gone to the bathroom. Go by that weight because it is your actual weight. Hope this helped. Good Luck!!!

its not too much and that use to always happen to me. its normal for teens.:)
