its not healthy. even if you still do eat. just exercise. 150 crunches a night or jump roping. if you starve yourself for a month you might keep doing it and nothing good will come out of that :)

You would only loose about 10-15 lbs by eating that little. You would loose it in the first week or so and then your body would get used to it. Then when you begin to eat as normal again after the month, you would stand a chance to gain more then you lost.
If you are trying to loose, exercise and eat lots of healthy foods. That is the only proven way.

for weight loss starving the body will always have the same effect. the metabolic rate slows, fat burning comes to almost a complete halt and the body turns to the only energy source that is available and this is amino acids from muscle proteins. the body will use all available energy from glucose in the body. once that is depleted the catabolism of muscle tissue is the main source of energy. this is why the total body weight may decrease on a starvation diet but the body fat will always increase. this is how human biology functions

It is really bad to starve yourself, the reason being is because your body needs a percentage of food daily to be able to digest probably, people that don't eat everyday start having problems with their digestion system. Also remember that your body needs plenty of liquids daily like water, gatorade, and powerade. If you don't get hungry just try to have shakes and a couple of fruits.

I've done it and don't recommend it. I was stressed out and would take one bite of something and that was it. I ended up in the hosptal. I lost like 20 lbs. But not in a good way. My ordeal actually lasted like 3 months and I lost 60 lbs altogether with 3 hospital visits.

If you starve yourself your body things you are trying to starve yourself and will convert all of your engery into fat and store it so you won't hurt yourself...
Your brain will make your body do the complete opposit..
eat less but don't starve yourself

You'd loose a lot of weight cause you'd be dead. If you don't eat or only eat very little, your body will become very hungry and start eating off of itself. First its your own body fat and once that is all gone, it will feed off of muscle.

a few small nuts or veggies probly wouldn't hurt much
