1 lbs / week is OK, anything more than that is not healthy.
However yes, I think it's possible.
Eat small healthy meals, go on the stairmaster for at least 1hour/day.

Depending on who you ask, the answer will be different. As far as health nutritionists are concerned, the only actual way of losing weight (in a healthy manner) is to eat healthy and excercise. You might not lose weight very fast but once you get weight off it stays off (unless you end up hitting up those jelly donuts again and not the gym).

Losing 20 pounds in 2 months? Sure, it's possible, I can't garauntee you'll find any method that isn't safe for your overall health though. Sorry.

You can lose about 2 pounds per week on a 1200 calorie diet. Nutri-system has one its not too expensive. All the foods are pre made for you. You don't have to do that though, you can do it yourself. I strongly recommend you add some regular exercise to this routine, 30min of brisk walking every day will help your metabolism and keep the 20 from coming back!

Try joining a fitness center and working out 3-4 times a week. If you cannot join a center try walking, running or bicycling a mile 3-4 times a week. Also try and do 25 push ups and sit ups. Also jumps do 2 sets of 25 jumps on and off of a platform about 2ft tall. On the same platform try facing away from it then putting your hands on it sliding your feet away as far as you need then go up and down about 20 times. Remember to always stretch before working out

Don't know if it's possible. What is likely to happen is that the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder it is for those pounds to come off. That's just the way it is....probably because you are carrying around less weight and so you are burning less calories. That's why people always talk about "those last ten pounds." They are the hardest to lose.

It is not impossible, but that may not be safe. They usually say about a pound a week. You will need to be on a balanced decreased calorie diet with plenty of exercise.

Yes, it is possible, you can loose 1 pound in 1 day, so if you loose 1 pound in a day you'll loose 20 pounds before the month is over, if you losse 2000 calories then you loose one pound.

it's not impossible, but it's difficult and a bit unhealthy. the healthiest way to lose weight is to start about a pound a week. after that it becomes a lot easier.
