I need something affordable that I can get at the drugstore because I break out alot.

try this. its's home-made but really works cuz it cures the acne from way deep inside it will not recur anymore. mix cinnamon powder and pure honey to make a paste. (1:1). put this paste over your acne overnight. rinse out with warm water in the morning. do this for several nights until all acne has cleared out. others take 3 to 5 days for their acne to totally disappear. good luck !!

Neutrogena acne products are awsome. I am a person who has used Clinique for years and it is no better than Neutrogena. During breakouts, I use Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating Spot Gel. (salicylic acid) I just don't like the smell.
Also, I've been using Witch Hazel astringent as a topical with a cotton ball after washing or exercising. This you can find near the hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol in the drug store. I received this suggestion from an elderly women. IT WORKS! I recently looked at the ingredients to my Clinique Clarifying Toner 2, and the main ingredient- YES was witch hazel.
By the way Proactive is just benzoyl peroxide which is what you get when buying most acne products at the drug store including Neutrogena. proactive just includes a higher % content of it.
The 3 acne fighting ingredients are
1. WITCH HAZEL
2. SALICYLIC ACID
3. BENZOYL PEROXIDE

A dermatologist prescribed a base makeup to my wife called rezamid; Rezamid is for Acne or skin outbreaks. It goes on like base
makeup and it works realy well and a little goes a long ways, (Especially if you just dot the trouble spots and blend it in.
Cost is about 16.00, but again it does last a very long time, and it is available without a prescription and any pharmacy
can order it in for you. My wife has used it for many moons, and it is good medicine.

Do you drink alot of soda? My first suggestion would be to cut down, if not totally eliminate your soda consumption. Then, try to drink about half your body weight in oz. of water. Eg., if you're 120lbs., then try to drink 60oz. of water each day. This definitely helped clear up my acne. You won't see results immediately, but you will see a reduction, if not almost total clear up of acne within a couple months.
My best suggestion for face washes and creams would be to go with a facial wash for sensitive skin first, then use witch hazel with cotton balls to wipe your face at night. Also, if you use any moisterizer on your face, try to get one with sunscreen in it. The sun can also irritate your skin and cause breakouts.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

I have medium bad acne and i always use oxy pads. There is also facials acne washes but the pads i find are much easier to live with because you could be walking out the door and use one real fast. They have them for acne and blackheads

I just started using this black & white soap and it works very well it cost about 3 bucks. Do not let them tell you there is no such thing that was what took me so long to find it, they kept telling me it is black soap, but i finally found it at the beauty supply store. It is in a white box with black writing and the soap itself is orange i also bought the bleaching cream for blemishes it works well trust me.

there is nothing at the drugstore that will help u. i tried that. but there is something but its not at the drugstore and soesn't come very cheap. what i have works really good for breakouts. its called OBAGI.

I break out a lot too and i use CLEARASAL ULTRA and it clears your face up in 3 days it work for me but it take 5 in a half days for my friends.
