you need a cosmetologist licenses. That's the only way professional products and a education in cosmetology set us apart from the every day kitchen, back alley beautician. So unless your willing to pay your stylist for time, knowledge, and professional products you will always be disappointed with cheap substandard products. Sorry but that our lively-hood and I take it seriously.
