C. Schools don't have the funding to hire enough decent teachers, so class sizes become unmanagable, and this is where the need for aides comes in.
Although, I do agree with the person who answered saying teachers today are incompotent compared to teachers in previous generations. I know some incredibly stupid people who are well on their way to earning a teaching degree, and it frightens me to see how easy it is to become a teacher. Where are our standards??? At this rate, I worry that I might have to homeschool my future kids.

NOTHING APPLIES HERE TO AIDES.

IF TEACHER WERE COMPETENT--AIDES WOULDN'T BE NEEDED.

UP UNTIL MID 1960'S TEACHERS TAUGHT 35 PLUS STUDENTS IN NON AIR CONDITIONED SCHOOL ROOMS AND DID JUST FINE.
TODAY STUDENTS BABIED-TEACHERS CODDLED-
25 OR LESS-HAVE COMPUETRS AND VARIOUS ELECTRONICS- MODERN CLASSROOMS-AND TEACHERS WANT AIDES TO HELP OUT...
PLUS THEY WANT 100,000 DOLLARS SALARY TO WORK A 180 DAY STUDENT YEAR WHEN MOST COUNTRIES HAVE 240 DAYS AND 8 OR 9 HOUR SCHOOLS DAYS NOT 6.5.

SOON STUDENTS WILL BE TAUGHT BY TV.
BE NO NEED FOR BORING TEACHERS WHO DON'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED WITH IMPARTING KNOWLEDGE ANYWAY.

AS IT IS SAID--MAJORITY OF THOSE WHO TEACH-DO SO BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS.
