A guy i have been dating had called me early in the day and asked if i wanted to see him,, i didnt call back till late.. I called his cell and a girl answered, i asked for him and she said sorry you got the wrong # but i knew i didnt.. I called back again because i was mad and his voicemail came on, i just hung up..
He called me the next day, and said he was out all night and sorry he didnt get back to me..i didnt say anything about it because i wasnt sure if hes a type of messed up guy who gets a kick out of that,,,maybe he told her to say that..but i think hes a total jerk and do not plan on contacting him again, should i mention what happened?

I didnt call him right back because we never made plans that day and he called me ay 9am while i was at work, i didnt get the message till 1 pm.

Did you apologize for not calling earlier? Maybe he wanted to go out, and you got the early call - which really is a compliment - but since you did not call back, he found someone else to go with him. Maybe he was hurt because you did not call back, and asked the girl to say you had the wrong number. People's feelings do get hurt, and they do seek to protect themselves, even to the point of lies and deceit. It is human. We do things like that. I think it is only normal and to be expected.
I also think you should find more friends so things like this do not throw you into a state of anger. You do not own him.. .. we do not even own our own husbands. We hope they will want to stay with us .... but, if they do not, we cannot hold them anymore than they can hold us back from going if we want and need to go. Unfortunately, that happens whether or not you have children.
Good luck and do not feel hurt ...even if it did rock you back on your heels. Try to think why you did not call him back in time.... maybe there is a reason
If you are going to be friends, be very careful of what you say to him.... he will resent it if you scold him for something you actually did to yourself ... so.... don't say anything... he did call you the next day .... did he say anything about seeing you again .... I think that is the point.... in any case, do not contact him ... that move is up to him ... otherwise you might get your feelings hurt ...... for heavens, sake: where are the other guys you might like to date?

When a guy calls and you don't get back to him. He thinks you don't wan to see him and will usually call someone else who does want to see him. He was probably out all night with a girl who got back to him in a timely manor.

Confront him and leave him alone. Trust me. He didn't get back to you b/c he was with her all night.

yeah but take it easy on him cause he might think youre breaking up with him and do mention what happened he might be cheating on you but take it easy

it sounds like he was cheaten..... you need to confront him and if he doesnt have a good reason leave
