There is not one official language...The UN has six official languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. The Secretariat uses two working languages, English and French.

There are currently six Arabic, Chinese, English, Russian, and Spanish, and French. However, the two working languages they use right now are French and English. Hope that helps

I don't think there is an official language. Have you seen the meetings? everyone has a translator.

All of them from the recognised countries, the idea of a single official language would run counter to the whole ethos.
