Wow, I never thought such a simple question could debunk my faith so easily? Oh wait...it didn't.
What good are nipples on men? Why do we "need" our hair? Three fingers work nearly as well as 5. Why do we only have 2 arms instead of 4?
Toe nails are protecting your toes, just like finger nails
protect your fingers.
Also, god created man in His own image. Perhaps God has a better use for His toe nails. Who cares?
Oh, and how would homosexuality be an inherant trait through evolution if homosexuals would never reproduce? Huh...?

Good one. I am reminded of Neil deGrasse Tyson's points that "intelligent design" 1) would not have made our air hole the same as our eating hole, which needlessly kills millions each year by choking. Dolphins, for example, have separate holes (perhaps god looks like a dolphin?) And 2) would not have put our reproductive system in the middle of our sewage system.
