this is not the easiest thing to do, way to be a great parent!
they now sell special tools to poke a hole in the egg (it is like a needle on a spring), perhaps you can find one on the internet.
otherwise, you can get a very small screwdriver (like a jewler's screwdriver) with an awl tip (basically a spike), or a small nail and gently, very gently, tap it against the top and bottom of the egg (the narrow and round ends). It will eventually make a hole- the trick is getting the right speed: too fast and hard and the whole top will cave in, and too slow and you'll cause cracks around the hole. It will probably take several taps (5-10). You can do this with the egg in the carton so that you can use both hands for the hammer and the awl.
After you've poked both holes, use a needle to puncture the membrane that contains the yolk. You should then be able to gently, gently (too hard and the egg will crack and you'll get dizzy) blow the contents out. You can then set the egg in a bowl of warm water until it fills up, and then drain it to "clean" out the insides (though it won't get totally clean.
Another tip is if you have a long needle that will stick out of both holes, thread the needle and then pull it through the holes (make sure your needle is long enough that it doesn't get lost inside the shell). The needle should break the yolk and the thread will help start pulling the contents out, giving you a lead when you blow.
Put the hollow eggs back in the carton or another safe container, as they are very fragile.
good luck. I assume these are for pascha, so happy pascha/easter

Before you make the holes in each end of the egg, it sometimes helps to put a small piece of sticky tape onto each end and make the hole through this, it can save the egg from cracking if you press too hard with the needle and also enables you to use a larger needle. It is better to start with the `flat` end leave the more pointed end until last. This is because you can put more weight on the `flat` end of an egg, in fact it is possible to actually stand on this end of an egg without breaking the egg.
Several years ago I used to keep ostriches and used their eggs in the same manner, although you have to use a small screwdriver to make the holes in an ostrich egg, you are also left with an omelette large enough for the whole family!!

Pretty much what the others have said, but they forgot to add a lot of air. Did it before and by the time I got the egg stuff out, I was out of air(did as a teenager and never have smoked). It's not that easy. Have fun anyways.

Use a pin to make a small hole in each end of the egg, then blow hard through one hole with the other end over a bowl. If nothing happens, try making the holes slightly larger, & 'prick the yoke until it breaks. :)

Your local drug store has a cheap gadget that "scrambles" the egg inside the shell, "as seen on tv". It has a small needle that pricks the shell of the egg, then rotates at very high speed. After the inside is scrambled, it will drain through a small hole easier.

As others have said, you blow the innards out by pricking the egg first and blowing through the hole. More precise information can be found here http://www.farmpride.com.au/Just%20for%20Kids/BlowingEggs.html
