Can't anyone be happy in love with a great person they meet halfway down the road, instead of mentally stalking their unprepared first or wildest lover so far? If it's over, move on! Your thoughts, now....

I agree. There is no use in living in the past. Obviously, something went wrong in the relationship. That's why it's over. It wouldn't work. Why think that there is a chance of rekindling it?

I always wonder why people do this as well. Like the girl I'm talking to right now has an ex-b/f who always is getting jealous about us. I mean, they have been broken up for 4 going on 5 months. Whats the deal dude. He can't realize that there are other women out there and that he can choose to hang on to something that won't work or he can choose to move on.

I personally believe it is because these guys have no game and believe that they can't get anything better than what they had. So they have to stalk and be all the things that the girl despises to try to get her back, not knowing that they are only pushing her away further.

Those are just my thoughts guys!

Well people who "stalk" exes typically are the dumped party, so I guess that's sort of a way to move on. Most people thru their healing will do some stupid things (drunk dialing, email them, cry for hours, etc), but it's all part of getting over the person. If the person was really invested, sometimes it's hard to just "move on". People are also naturally curious, so even if the breakup happened a long time ago they may still wonder since usually relationships are a huge part of one's life for the period it goes on. Aside from actually stalking/being obsessed with the ex, I think it's fairly normal.

HaHa. This Made Me Laugh. Only Cuz' It's True.
But I Think People Do This Because They Still Want To Be With That Person.
Maybe They Just Wanna See What That Person Is Up To With His/Her New Boyfriend/Girlfriend.

Yeah it might be over but some people have a difficult time letting go. Their thought process makes them believe they have a chance that is why they stalk their ex. They don't feel like it is wrong because once upon a time that person loved them and their hoping to recapture that. They can't find closure unless it is under their terms.
