Mending a broken heart is not easy. I know how you feel. . I'm afraid only time can heal what has happened. We all face this in this world, so you're not alone. You need to start fresh, it may seem hard, but you need to let feelings for that person go. Somebody else will come along someday and you'll be in love again. So have faith and let the past go......

Hope that Helps.

I believe in fate and destiny, therefore everything happens for a reason.

So trust that life is guiding you to the place were you are really meant to be and to the person you are really meant to be with.

I read a story about a guy who was going out with someone for the longest time (10+ years). One day the other person decided to move on with someone else and that was it.

He was heart broken, of course, but some time after, met someone who has turned out to be the ONE. In his words, "The greatest love" of his life. And only now does he realize that what he had was not love.

So hang in there and rebuild yourself to be stronger person. Someone better will come along. Just remember that nothing happens by "accident".

The only answer I can think of is let time pass, things probably happened for a reason. Find a close friend, if not try to find a friend that is willing to comfort you. Whenever I feel like that or have had problems I was able to find someone who'd let me hang out with them and they'd hold me close at times when I cried about it too..

Try to find something to do that takes your mind off of everything, find a video game, go biking, go running, do chores around the house to make yourself/parents/roomates happier.

I suggest not talking to the one who tore your heart though, avoid them for a few days

I wish the best luck to you

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that. I really know how you feel. All you have to do is to try get your mind off thinking/missing that person....you can do that by getting yourself busy....either by studying, hanging out wz friends, playing some kinda sport. Really I wish you good luck, and dont keep on thinking of that one, look aroud u, there might be sumone so close, but you are too blind to see!

I've had this happen to me more than once, try talking to someone about it. Find someone else maybe a good guy friend or try hanging around people to get your mind off him.
