Ok doing sit-ups will not get rid of stomach fat. You can not target one area for fat loss. What you should do is do lots of exercise especially cardio. Watch your caloric intake and try to eat less starchy foods ex. breads and pastas as they are VERY high in calories. Doing this will make you ose weight overall but first in the stomach because that is your biggest current fat store. If you feel underweight after that then work out to gain some muscle to replace the fat you lost.

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and basic to examine. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in simple terms worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too at as quickly as. i will admit i haven't accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet in general) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It of course works and if i'd accompanied it precisely i think of it might scare the residing daylights out of me by way of volume that i'd lose. So thank you returned for the information. i've got by no ability offered something like this before by way of fact they're usually crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. get all started right this moment!

O my goodness!
My friend has like the same thing!
If you were looking at her from behind, you might think she is almost anerexic!
But when she turns aaround, she has like a santa belly!
I woukld do crunches, and sit ups, and
another excersie. It is where you lift your legs in the air for a two second period, and do it 35 times after every meal, it will loose you a ton of weight! I think they are called leg lifts and they look like this:

I hope this helps!

You do not need to lose any weight.
You probably have a small frame with large internal organs.
I think that is why my stomach protrudes somewhat!
Live with it.
Rejoice !
Be proud of your body!
It works fine!
Some of us will never have a flat tummy!

Sit ups can help but if you are going to do them make sure you work on the muscles in your back (upper and lower) if not you could end up with devastating posture.

breads, pastas, and pop causes fat in the middle. try cutting those out completely and do crunches. getting an excersize ball might help. they have them almost everywhere target has a selection.
