God doesn't care what the sin is. In the Bible it says that God despises all sin and no sin is less punishable. You see, you could have a guy who just stole a piece of gum from his friend when he wasn't looking and another guy who murdered his own wife and kids. Of coarse by law, the man who murdered his family would be tried in court and sentenced to prison. However, the man who stole a little piece of gum would probably just loose his friend's trust for a while.
In God's eyes however, both sins would be considered as bad as the next. Both men would be punished by having to live in hell for eternity,(if they never asked for forgiveness). That's what Jesus had in mind when He died on the cross. Because of Him, we now have the chance to ask for forgiveness and be forgiven.

If a man lies to a woman that he wants a relationship with her, when his only real goal is to use her for sex for awhile, I would say that that is more "sinful", because the one that is seeing the prostitute knows what he is there for, and so does she, while a girl who has put her trust in him only to find herself used, winds up with a broken heart along with alot of other things. But seeing a prostitute is more dangerous in alot of ways, and better to look for the right person to be with, in a commited relationship. I do think they are both "sins" but I believe in shades of sin, or karmic repurcussions, if you prefer.
