I am having a baby in a few months. My lease is up in June, just after baby is due. Would you move if things were so noisy that you could hear the neighbors alarm clock? I will have a baby waking up at night, and they will hear it for sure. The people upstairs right now are moving out, they are fed up. This place was not oringally built for 2 suites. I can hear their wash machine and everystep they walk upstairs. When I turn my heat on, they are sweating... should I just move? Don't want stress with new baby. Or should I wait and see what new neighbors are like? Money is an issue...

I don't know that I'd move but I would seriously shop around for a new place in your price range between now and June. The baby will most likely quickly adjust to the noise. (My kids can now sleep through just about anything since their nap time was the only time I could vacuum so I did.) But the new neighbors may have a huge problem being woken up by a crying baby. That may not be something you really want to deal with immediately after birth.

This is one of those questions where you already made up your mind you just want someone to tell you what to do. if it was up to me i would move but you need to do a pros and cons list then make up your mind!
Good luck!
