My legs feel somewhat restless, but I'm not sure if it's the medicine. Is it possible to feel anything different having taken it for this long at that dose?

When I took Lexapro I was just all over restless. I had leg jitters and I couldn't stop moving - basically I looked like a two-year old (you can't make them sit down for anything!).

I use to be on that and it usually takes 2 wks. just to kick in and ur body get use to the meds. you'll be okay once your body gets adjusted to it. It use to make me light headed so what I started doing is taking it like an hour before i went to bed for the night and it actually helped me a lot better. So good luck and don't worry too much!

STOP taking the med. I was on it for three weeks before I had the same thing happen... I called the Doc (as you should do also) and was told to CEASE immediately. I was prescribed this stuff as a 'mood enhancer' because my GP thought I was depressed over my house burning down, LOL, the only mental anguish I had was from this stupid drug!

Do some research. That stuff messes up the chemicals in your head. It can make you suicidal.
Get off that crap! Stop listening to psychiatrists.
