why drinking water helps u to lose weight ? I mean how can u lose fat by drinking water ? how dose water helps u while ur working out ?

Water helps you lose weight, because it bloats you and prevents you from being hungry all the time. You eat less and it helps you to lose weight. Water helps you when you are working out by keeping you from becoming dehydrated.

Primarily, what drinking water when you're trying to lose weight does is help make you feel more full in between meals. If you're hungry and about to reach for a snack, you can try drinking a glass of water first to see if that keeps you going longer without the extra calories.

Usually when you're trying to lose weight, you are also exercising more, however, which means you also need to drink more water than usual just to stay hydrated.

Remember that the thirst control center is located in the hypothalamus right next to the hunger control center, and there is some overlap between these two centers because water suppresses appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize fat. Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase, while an increase in water consumption will actually reduce fat deposits.

Often people confuse hunger pangs for what is actually thirst. Water makes your stomach feel full so you won't eat as much. My doctor told me to drink 3 glasses of water before eating a meal, so I'm more fuill and won't eat as much.
Plus it helps clean your body of toxins.
I used to HATE water, but now I drink bottles of it a day.
It's just healthy =]

Usually, people who do this drink water before dinner / a meal.

This gives a "full" feeling sooner, so people will eat less.
If you combine this with enough activity, such as walking, cycling, swimming etc.. this will help loosing fat.

your bodys made up of 80% water..thats y you need water..if you dont drink water you will get dehydrated..especially if your working out..you are sweating all that water out so you need to replinish it.
