haha, sure talk to him and get to know him. when guys look at girls it means they think you are pretty. I mean, why do you look at guys? Unless they are unbelievably hideous but you said you weren't so you'll be fine.

A guy that wouldn't stop looking at a girl's face would be because he does believe she is pretty...so he'd keep looking twice if you know what I mean. Just like looking twice and staring at a Hummer or a Lamborghini...its hot.

well if ur pretty, he is not a stalker and you have nothing on ur face, then the obvious answer is that he likes you. try flirting with him and then you will really be able to tell if he is interested!
