Please make your question more specific. If you've got dark circles under your eyes, it could be caused by various things. For instance, if you only get them sometimes, that means that it could be attributed to a lack of sleep, poor nutrition, a disease of the liver, etc. If you've been getting inadequate amount of sleep lately, your circles will diminish once you're well-rested at least for a few nights in a row. Also, sometimes alcohol could cause this, so if you have drinks on a regular basis, you may want to cut down on them. However, if you've always had them, since you were young, and if you're otherwise healthy, then there isn't much you can do about them. Technically, every person has dark circles underneath their eyes, but it doesn't show on some because there is a small layer of fat beneath the skin covering the undereye area, and also the skin there is thicker, so the darkness is concealed. Whereas, some people are born with a very thin layer of undereye skin, so the darkness shows through. There is a surgical procedure in which fat deposits from a part of your body are extracted and injected under the eyes in order to mimic the natural layer of fat people have there, which hides the circles. I'm not sure how long the results last, but I think it's a procedure that requires maintenance every year or so, so if you're not willing to go under the knife, just dab on some concealer/foundation/powder, and no one will be able to tell that you have the dark circles.

You didn't say if you always have this condition or only occasionally. Most people get this condition when they are really tired, but some people always have it and it is just worse when they are tired.
