If that was what I "knew", I certainly would "panic and get worried"!
I know about something different, but it is hard to share because it's not something I can say I saw, heard, tasted, etc., and the sort of experience I'm talking about goes deeper than just reading the Bible and believing the words are true. At the time my father died, a year and a half ago, I went to sit with my mother and when she went into the room to get something, I happened to be standing near the door and was hit by an almost palpable sense of peace and love. Anyone who likes can say that my mind did that to me as a sort of self-protection against grief, and only I (and the rest of my family over the next few days) can know that we know something else. There were other things too, that in our minds and in ways that we can't "prove" to anyone else, confirmed that Dad is somewhere worth being and that all the uncertainty and everything sad or ugly about his life has just gone for ever. It was like a brief glimpse of a place where there is complete sunshine and the best we can see in this world is just different shades of shadows.

I think I would enjoy the solitude of floating through an empty vacuum of space. Very meditative.
That is a very hard question...
Life has enough uncertainties as it is. However I think that I would rather have the unknown alternative than anouther incarnation. We know that life is filled with suffering and I think I would gamble with the possibility that things might get a lot worse for the possibility that things might get a lot better in that "unknown". And besides, I'm curious... If it's unknown I want to know it, For better or for worse. At least then I'd know.

And if you knew that there was no afterlife or god wouldnt you live life to the full,be a good person for the sake of being good-and not because god told you, respect the earth more,be more tolerant of others, and generally make the most of what little time weve all got?

I would work out and eat right a lot more.
I would probably let God choose, because I trust Him.
