i am nervous when we have sex because he was my first n i have only been with him but he really is not my bf he is my friend with extras we have know eachother for over 12 years but he has never asked me out an i think i am in love with him but he never comes when we have sex an he always slips out how do i keep him in

try squeezing with your pelvic muscles abit- (this may take a little extra work in your own time 2 stregnthen them) but it seems to work for me. Try riding too- there's allot of good (useful) muscle built up when you do this too.

While latent ejaculation is a much less common problem than premature, it does happen. There are a couple of medical causes, but by far the most common cause is psychological.
I know this from personal experience, too. If I'm even slightly nervous, I don't have anything but dry orgasms (though some men don't even know those exist)... which is great for my partner, but was at first very distressing for me - which leads to greater nervousness. Especially if the guy cares about the woman he's with. He doesn't want her to think he's not attracted to her, or that she's no good at what she's doing, etc. This in turn leads to more nervousness and worry, and while it may not cause erectile issues, it does put a kind of mental block in place.
Also, use condoms. Even if he can't orgasm, pre-ejaculate material contains semen... it is unlikely but possible that you could get what you probably aren't wanting, if you know what I mean.
He should, however, see a urologist... just to be on the safe side. :)

Maybe he's concentrating more on pleasing you, than himself.. Which, in most cases, makes him unique (in a good way) because a lot of guys look to please themselves first before the girl they're having sex with.
Possibly change things up and see if you two can go longer until the two of you c** at the same time - that way you're both pleasing each other.

its a muscle thing. some guys can hold it and relax then it goes away. Its a great skill for mulitple o's. He maybe scared of getting you Preg.
