You must be young and I feel guilty for telling you. Usually, it means that the guy scored with the girl. In otherwords, he had sex with her. Although, young kids could be just saying it because they hear older kids saying it or hear it on t.v. or on a movie and just think it means getting a kiss! Generally, it does mean though that the guy got some booty (SEX)!
