Easy!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Around 1,500 calories.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

No special diet,no herbal/dangerous/illegal drugs will fix it for you in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.Saved you the cost of a book!

all the garbage in the bookstores is just to sell books. The best diet plan out there is the same one people have been telling other people for years. Eat plenty of fruit, veggies, whole grains and lean proteins. Drink lots of water and get plenty of exercise and activity and get a good nights sleep.

There are so many out there, that it can confuse people and lead to yo yo dieting as they find the one best suited to them (which of course is bad for you)

I personaly use the G.I. diet along with nothing higher that 5grams of fat per 100 grams of product. This diet seams more normal that others, and helps to keep blood suger levels more round the normal range.

the only one that really works is you being conscious that you must eat 500 calories less a day (3500 caloreis make up for a pound, divided by 7 days) and help speeding up your metabolism by doing cardio and weight resistance exercises.

go get one from the gym, like 24 hour fitness...its better and its made just for you and the food you like and how many calories you need in a day.
