Some people find that a yoga session during a Migraine attack does help, probably due to the release of endorphins. Others, probably more, find that physical activity makes the Migraine attack worse. Regular yoga sessions can help prevent Migraines by making the body stronger and less susceptible to triggers. If you try it, I hope it helps you. Best of luck!

It could help the migraine, and/or it could help prevent another one from coming along.
Migraines are weird. They are very individualized by the person. Not everyone has the same symptoms with a migraine and not everyone has the same treatment for a migraine. Not everythings works for everyone.
You could always try the yoga, cross your fingers, and hope that it helps. Who knows? You may get lucky and it may work for YOU.
I will keep my fingers crossed for you.
Hope you feel better.
