She must have very poor circulation, most of the time this has to do with lack of exercise, smoking or drinking. The body is telling you that there is not enough oxygen in the blood and is not moving throughout the body. If She has cold feet most likely she will also develop cold hands to. Both your hands and feet are the furthest from your heart so they are the ones to suffer from the circulation problem. She should talk with her doctor they will help her out with this. It's not good to let it go, her heart will be working to hard.

Warm feet are generally a sign that the circulation is good. Warmth is brought to the foot due to the arterial blood flow. So, poor circulation is an obvious reason for cold feet as there is a decrease in normal circulation. Some people just have feet that are colder than others and it is not related to poor circulation. A number of medical conditions can cause cold feet, such as multiple sclerosis, heart disease, peripheral neuropathy and Raynauds disease.

The best way to deal with cold feet is to prevent heat loss by keeping the feet warm and dry. It's best to wear natural fibre socks (eg wool) to keep them warm. Footwear made of leather has insulating properties that can help keep the feet warmer.

She could have a circulatory problem, or Raynaud's Disease, which affects the circulation in a persons hands and feet. She may also have a chemical imbalance or thyroid condition.

She should probably have a check-up to eliminate physical problems.

Are you sure your not getting her upset and shes sticking her feet in cold water before she comes to bed?????? Kidding....but it's another thought.

Good luck and have a good day.
