Christians believe strongly in not killing a human life without reason. There can only be one reason to kill a human. That is to save a life or the lives of many. People debate whether or not an unborn baby is really alive. This is trying to justify the killing of innocent life. The answer lies in the guilt that comes when an abortion is done without cause. A woman will live with the guilt for the rest of her life and will then truly know the answer.

You can be "for" whatever YOU want, but I would not agree that abortion is not a sin.

If you are a Christian and you beleive God created man, you should agree that god had a purpose in sex, conception, and in utero development. That purpose is Human life. So if God allowed a conception to take place (in or out of sin), such as with King David and Bathsheba, then he has created that life (Read Job). If you are okay with destoying one of God's most valuable creations and then saying "I love you God", then you really missed something. The fact is getting rid of someone that you would consider an inconvenience, just because you don't want to deal with it, is a sin.

I think abortion is the equivalent to killing the elderly that are in nursing homes. If they can't live without help, than they don't matter! Do you really believe that? Or is it just a matter of convenience?

If what you really want to know is - is it ok to have sex before marriage and then get an abortion- no- that is if you are a true follower of God- it says in Revelation- that these people will not inherit the kingdom of God. todays society thinks it is ok to do all things because Jesus died for our sins- but the Bible says if we continue to go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins. but a terrifying expect ion of judgment and the fury of a fire which will consume the adversaries-Heb 10:26 here is the beauty of it all- the choice is yours- live it up while you are here or wait and get your reward later

There are "Christians" who are for or against such things as abortion, gay marriage, pre-marital sex, etc. I believe that an honest reading of the Bible can ONLY lead to the conclusion that God is against these things.

Actually giving your life to Christ is a radical thing. It's not for the faint at heart, and it does require changing things about yourself - such as what sources of information you use to make choices. The Bible needs to be the first, the last, and the only source of truth for a person who has given his life to Christ.

pro-choice is not the same as anti-abortion. Christians may be pro-choice...but not without advocating for the sacredness of life and encouraging the preservation of life.

...actually, as a Christian it's not necessary to agree 100% with everything the church says...to be a Christian all that's really necessary is to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.

Love this one: "For killing innocent children? Don't see how."

Kindly refer to Exodus 12:29-

"And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle."

God is an old pro at killing innocent children, bible thumpers, and since God plans everything he must plan abortions as well.

I don't see why not if it's in the best interest of the parents and the child. And I would say for The Choice of abortion not just abortion. It's better for a child not to come into the world than to grow up in a 'family' that doesn't want them.

The intentional taking of innocent human life is a vice.

There should be no laws about abortion in the USA.

I really don't see how. God tells us in the Bible that He knew us before we were in our mothers womb. Life begins at conception and abortion ends that life. Nothing Christian about that.

Currently I only know of one reason to justify(scripturally) killing an innocent baby in the womb; the reason being it may take the life of the mother.
