ok first of all all the other people who answered this are idiots. especially the one who flagged you. Fed Ex DOES ship live animals. and no, they dont just put it in a box and duct tape it shut. they ship live animals as cargo and it is shipped express for next day delivery.

i'm assuming this is one of those question either from an 8 year old or someone with waaaaaaaaaaay too much time on their hands who thinks "i know, i'll put up a stupid question and get everyone annoyed". If not, i doubt that u can but you never know. I would personally say, just take the cat with you when you move (however you're getting there)

You can't Fed-Ex certain live animals - including cats. You have to go thru specific shipping companies that deal with live animals.
Try pettransporter.com

It is easier just to do it yourself. Just call the different airline cargo offices or go there in person. They can help you arrange this. If you go through a company they will do the same but charge you for extra services. It will cost very little to do it yourself. here is a check list http://www.dryfur.com/airline_checklist.htm
