just invite her over and watch a movie or something. you don't need to go to some upscale restaurant or show just to have a good time with your girl.

I can think of a few like:
you can ask her to bring some photos of her life and you pick some or yours and you share the pictures,laughs and just a soda is fine
the park and picnic ask her to bring the beverages and you pack something light even fruit and cheeses are fine
check your local paper for free events in your area
A walk in your neighborhood is fine
any public gardens or is there a beach or lake in your area
girls appreciate just simple things like walking(holding hands of course),talking( ask her about her) we love animals and movies at home are fine , skipping rocks on the lake, even the library if you are into it
just pay a lot of attention to her and good luck

Try to avoid the whole money situation. Try walking on the beach, or walking in the woods. Or even go to the park and plan a picnic. Even walk your dog around the neighborhood. If all else fails, ask your parents for money.

You could stay home and watch a movie or tv show, you could go to the pool or beach, if you have food in your house you can make her dinner-doesn't have to be fancy. Mac and cheese is good. Remember, with girls its not about how much money you spend...its about being romantic.

on a mini picnic it doesn't even have to be out side it can be by a fire inside pack a lunch/dinner of what you got the date doesn't have to be involve money to have fun i think that and i know other girls do to the non high maintenance ones at least do good luck with whatever you do

Take her to a local park. If you happen to have loaf of bread at home to spare & there are ducks/geese there y'all could always feed them.

Awwww. Girls don't need for you to spend money on them to have a great time. Be creative - like fix a picnic for the two of you and pick a scenic spot to dine together. Something like that would be great - just be thoughtful and your cash issues won't even be a thought!
