can anyone help me with translating English into Hawaiian words?

My 7 year old son as a report he has to do. Sounds pretty easy huh? well he has to turn all our family names into Hawaiian. I was able to help him with our first and middle names, but can not find how to say our last name which is "Moyer". I also need help with saying Sr. and Jr. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. We have 3 days to find this out.
