you should hydrate your skin from the inside out. Yes, again, drinks lots of water (i work out a lot and the formula which works best is to drink your weight divided by 2 in ounces throughout the day), take omega-complex supplements (will help you keep your skin elastic) and go slowly.

Stretch marks occur in the dermis, the elastic middle layer of skin that allows it to retain its shape. However, when constantly stretched, the dermis can break down leaving behind stretch marks. So, applying creams and ointments to your skin won't help much rather than moisturizing from the inside out.

I heard that cocoa butter works better. Also, mederma is expensive but is supposedly the best y ou can get for scarring and stretch marks.

Progress slowly to give your skin time to change.
Don't loose or gain weight to quickly.
And take lots of vit. E
