Instead of you running to CIA to get in it, how do you make them come to you to recruit you?

They sort of find you. They recruit through fake consulting companies on college campuses, or even real companies. The [company name deleted] table at an "International Career Fair" had this Chinese-American girl (you might expect the GI Joe figure- looking guy- nope) at a career fair at Berkeley, and she handed us some CIA stickers and pens afterward.

If you school up on Arabic and contact them to ask what skills they need, then you might find placement there or with a related agency. There are also plenty of private sector jobs these days.

My Son applied through his College Councellor and after a ton of paperwork and 2 trips to Langley for interviews, plus an extensive background check he backed off because of his marriage.
