i really depends on how fast ur hair grows and how thick it is....my friend shaved part of her eyebrown off for comic relif and took both of mine completely off and mine grew back quicker than hers ....my eyebrows are actually quite thick.....almost 4got within 2-3 weeks.....completely

Why would you cut your eyelashes off with scissors? that sound like something I did when I was in the 1st grade! I did that by accident! So for now just pencil them in and in about 2 months they should start to grow back better!

It's facial hair so it should grow back fast like a beard or sideburns with all of the stubble until it grows to the full length and smooth out.
