can i take tylenol pm with half of .5m xanax i want to ween my self off the xanax but i also need something to fall asleep and half a xanax isnt always guaranteed to work that way on me

Yes U can. That is a low dose of xanax, it should not cause U any problems. It is a good idea to get off of the xanax, there hard to get off of after U have been on them a while. A.5 tells me u have not been on them real long because they go to a 2mg. You'll be alright.
